Checkout was easyyy enough, honestly. Nothing too special, but it went smoothly.

To be fair, I get that shipping delays can happen, but my order status hasn’t updated at all and I’m basically left guessing. I reached out to support, but the replies were vague and didn’t really help. I’m still waiting and getting annoyed.

I went on the site trying to get the newer pods, but they were either sold out or just not showing up for me, which was kind of confusing. It felt like the site was a little behind on what’s actually available. I don’t know, it just ended up feeling like I spent time clicking around for nothing.

I went to order the pods because they were showing as available, so I figured everything was good. But right after I checked out, I got told they were out of stock. It was frustrating and made me feel misled, like the site wasn’t being upfront about what they actually had.
